Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including instructions for setting up your Trainerize account. From there, your coach will personally reach out to introduce themselves, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps so you feel confident getting started.
Not at all. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or already have experience, your program is customized to your current level. Exercise demonstrations, guidance, and support are included so you never feel lost.
No long-term contracts. Coaching is month-to-month, and you can cancel or change your plan anytime before your next billing cycle.
Free workouts give you exercises. Coaching gives you structure, progression, accountability, and personalized support. Instead of following random workouts, you’ll have a plan built specifically for your goals and lifestyle.
You’ll be able to message your coach directly through the Trainerize app. Whether you have questions about workouts, need support, or want to share updates, communication is built right into the app so you can stay connected throughout your program.
Check-ins are designed to keep you accountable and supported throughout your journey. You’ll submit updates through Trainerize including progress photos, workout feedback, energy levels, wins, struggles, and any questions you have. Your coach will review everything and provide personalized feedback, adjustments, and next steps based on your progress.
You'll complete 5 workouts each week.
Three workouts will be customized and programmed by your coach based on your goals, experience, schedule, and available equipment. The remaining two sessions will be dedicated to cardio. Your coach will work with you to determine the type of cardio that best fits your preferences and lifestyle. For example, if you enjoy cycling, you may see a 30-minute bike ride scheduled in your app. Other options might include walking, jogging, hiking, rowing, or similar activities. The goal is to create a plan that's both effective and realistic for you to maintain consistently
Scheduled Individual Cardio is scheduled movement (in your calendar) completed on your own outside of regular "video" workouts. You will talk with your coach to determine which type of cardio you prefer to complete on your own. This could include walking, hiking, biking, stair climbing, or any form of cardio that fits your lifestyle and preferences.
Yes. You can move between coaching tiers as your goals, schedule, or support needs change. Change it before your next billing cycle, and you are ready to go!
Not necessarily. Programs can be designed for a commercial gym, home gym, or limited equipment setup. Your training plan will be built around what you have access to.
The Huntress Community is within the trainerize app, and is a supportive space filled with women working toward similar goals. It’s a place for encouragement, accountability, shared wins, and connection throughout your fitness journey.
Form feedback allows you to send videos to your coach of exercises that you want form guidance on. Your coach will review videos of your exercises and provide guidance on technique, positioning, and movement quality to help you train safely and effectively. It is only offered in the Strong and Elite plans.
