Huntress Fitness was founded by Chelsea Linford, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies. Training is rooted in proper movement, progressive strength, and realistic programming — designed to support long-term success rather than short-term fixes. As a coach, Chelsea believes that fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. Every client is met with respect, patience, and individualized guidance, whether they’re stepping into the gym for the first time or working toward higher performance goals. At the core of Huntress Fitness is the belief that strength is about more than lifting weights — it’s about building confidence that carries into everyday life. Helping women recognize their capabilities, both inside and outside the gym, is what drives Chelsea's coaching approach every day.
